Hello and Welcome!I have been a serious photographer for the past several years ever since I moved to Vermont back in 2001 having left the Corporate world of Boston's suburbs. Moving here has allowed me to take time to enjoy a life long desire to become a photographer. Vermont is that special place that allows the beauty of the land to shine through the camera lens. Living here has provided me an opportunity to breathe, leaving "the rat race" behind, to once again feel human. Vermont has additionally provided me with an opportunity to hone the many skills associated with the art of photography while providing me with a myriad of photo opportunities. My love for horses is immense! They are regal, beautiful, social and spirited. My photography of these special equines are displayed in a separate gallery dedicated only to them. I hopefully capture the beauty and uniqueness of each one and provide them with a special touch. It is with them that my photographic desires are the strongest.
I am currently displaying my photographic work here in Vermont at The Human Hand Gallery in Ferrisburgh, Vermont, The Chaffee Art Center located in Rutland and Kennedy Brothers located in Vergennes, VT. I am a juried member of the Vermont Hand Crafters Guild and artist member of The Chaffee Center for the Arts here in Vermont. I am honored to be part of these wonderfully recognized organizations.
Currently, I conduct my photography on a part-time basis. I work full-time as a Human Resource professional at a local Home Health and Hospice Agency. I have a wonderful companion animal by the name of Bree. She is a feisty and fabulous Lab/Boxer mix who loves frisbee! She brings me much joy and laughter.
Thank you for dropping by!
Regards,
Cindy
